We are a national NGO, COAST Trust, an independent, non-profit, and progressive coastal NGO in Bangladesh and are running this project “Children on the Frontline: Advocacy and Adaptation of the impact of Climate Change” funded by UNICEF.
UNICEF Barisal Field Office has undertaken an initiative to work on climate change issue at Monpura Upazila under Bhola district, which is an island and most vulnerable for cyclone, tidal surge, flood, water logging, and river erosion. The project will facilitate the adolescent advocates in arranging campaign and events at the local and national level.

Currently COAST has partnership with Action Aid Bangladesh, European Union, Manusher Jonno Foundation (DFID), Oxfam Great Britain, United Nations Children’s Fund, Stromme Foundation (NORAD)-Norway.
